 BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Stirling Properties, a Gulf South leader in property management and commercial real estate development, is pleased to announce that it has expanded into the Birmingham market. Effective as of April 1, Stirling Properties has taken over the management of the former Social Security Administration office. The 661,680 square foot building is located at 2001 12th Avenue East in downtown Birmingham. The building has approximately 50 percent occupancy. “This is a terrific asset in a vibrant city,” said Tucker Brooks, Associate Asset Manager for Stirling Properties. “We are very excited about the opportunity this assignment presents to expand into the Birmingham Market.” |
