 Div. of Refuge In Trouble Ties (RITT)PO Box 28083 Birmingham, AL 35228-0001 Case #1993 Brandon Frank Brown, age 19, was found shot to death on June 30, 1993, behind the wheels of his blue 1989 Mazda truck. He was a forestry student at Alabama A&M University. He was killed in a residential area on Dallas County Road 248, a half mile from Selfield Road. He was the brother of Horace Brown, Jr. Rewards totaling $16,000 to the person with infomation that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who committed this murder.
