   “U Can Make a Difference Sports Banquet” will take place on Saturday, April 28, from 6p.m. – 8:30p.m. at the Sheraton Birmingham Ballroom.   
 The banquet will highlight the faith based sports camps which is an initiative of the Appointed Time Community Outreach. Mr. Dansby will speak to the audience on growing up in inner city Birmingham, winning a state championship with Woodlawn High School as well as his time with Auburn University, the Arizona Cardinals and the Miami Dolphins.
 Appointed Time Outreach will host the banquet as a fund-raising effort for community programs that are designed to teach valuable life skills to under privileged youth.   
 Birmingham City Councilor and Samford University Associate Director of Athletics, James “Jay” Roberson is Master of Ceremony. Pianist Sean Pezant will provide dinner music. Individual tickets are $75.  Sponsorship packages and tables of 10 are available.
